1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CU Voice ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the website https://www.cuvoice.biz as well as any associated digital tools, subscriptions, or services offered through the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site.
2. Eligibility & Target Audience
CU Voice provides financial literacy tools, digital resources, and subscription services intended primarily for credit union employees and individuals interested in financial education. There is no strict age restriction to use the Site; however, users must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract or use the site under parental/guardian supervision where applicable.
3. User Accounts & Profiles
To access certain features, download digital tools, or manage subscriptions, you may be required to register for an account and create a profile.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property & Digital Products
All content on CU Voice—including text, software, scripts, digital tools, graphic templates, logos, and materials—is owned by or licensed to CU Voice and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Restrictions on Use:
- No Resale or Redistribution: Digital tools and materials downloaded or purchased from CU Voice are licensed strictly for your personal or internal professional use. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, relicensing, or offering our digital products as your own.
- Modification or creation of derivative works for resale is expressly prohibited without prior written consent from CU Voice.
5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refund Policy
- Payment Processing: All payments, recurring subscriptions, and monetary transactions are handled through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
- Refund Policy: All sales are final, and no refunds are accepted. However, refund inquiries and dispute requests are handled strictly in accordance with Stripe’s processing policy and guidelines. If a transaction error occurs, please contact us at contact@cuvoice.biz or submit a dispute through the Stripe payment portal.
6. User-Generated Content & Code of Conduct
CU Voice allows users to post comments, media, and other user-generated content ("UGC"). By posting UGC on our platform, you grant CU Voice a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Site.
You agree NOT to post or transmit content that:
- Is illegal, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or harassing.
- Infringes on any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights.
- Contains spam, malicious software, viruses, or commercial solicitations.
- Violates these Terms or attempts to scrape, compromise, or disrupt the Site’s functionality.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, disable, or terminate your account and restrict access to all or part of the Site without prior notice or liability if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms.
- You attempt to resell, redistribute, or plagiarize our digital products or tools.
- You engage in conduct that we deem harmful to CU Voice, its users, or third parties.

- "As Is" Basis: The Site and all contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, CU Voice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or digital products.
